A Polish PZL M-18 Dromader releases water over a designated area before the Battle of the Tanks starts at Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland, July 12, 2025. The PZL M-18 Dromader is a Polish-designed and built, single-engine, propeller-driven aircraft specifically designed for firefighting and agricultural tasks, including dropping water on fires. The Battle of the Tanks is an annual community event hosted by the Polish Land Forces’ 15th Mechanized Brigade and features military equipment displays from U.S. Army 1st Battalion, 64th Armored Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, supporting Task Force Iron, Poland, United Kingdom, and Romania.
