The Honorable Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero, Governor of Guam, and the honorable Franklin John Quidachay Champaco, Mayor of Malesso′, give a speech about the history of the Tinta and Faha massacres during World War II at the Tinta Massacre Memorial site in Malesso’, Guam, July 15, 2025. Tinta, on the outskirts of Malesso’, was the site where the Imperial Japanese massacred CHamoru men and women which lead to a rebellion, thus liberating themselves during World War II.
