    KITTERY, Maine (July 11, 2025) – Guest speaker, Capt. Mark Robinson, Deputy Commander Submarine Squadron Four, make remarks during a change of command ceremony for the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Cheyenne (SSN 773) held at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, July 11. Cmdr. Mark Rostedt relieved Cmdr. Kyle Calton during the ceremony.
