U.S. Air Force Airman First Class Sandra Moukam, a services technician, assigned to the 165th Force Support Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, and Airman First Class Landon Lee, assigned to the 120th Airlift Wing, Montana Air National Guard, prepare breakfast inside an Expandable Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen at Schofield Barracks in Oahu, Hawaii. The 165th and the 120th FSS operated in field-grade conditions using the Expandable Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen (E-SPEK) to provide meals in support of the 165th Civil Engineer Squadron’s Innovation Readiness Training.
