Charles Young, the Acting General Counsel of the Department of Defense, discusses ongoing operations at the Texas National Defense Area in El Paso, Texas, with U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Scott Naumann, commander of Joint Task Force-Southern Border, and U.S. Army Lt. Col.
