PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - June 3, 2025 - Kevin Achong, a test director from the testing and certification branch with Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, supervises riggers while conducting annual testing of a shipyard crane’s slew bearing, using six different test weights to ensure proper rotation of the crane June 3, 2025.
