    PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - June 3, 2025 - Kevin Achong, a test director from the testing and certification branch with Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, supervises riggers while conducting annual testing of a shipyard crane’s slew bearing, using six different test weights to ensure proper rotation of the crane June 3, 2025. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
