U.S. Marine Corps 1st Sgt. Scott Roush, the unit senior enlisted leader, presents the unit guidon to Capt. Jordan A. Hargrove, the outgoing company commander, both with 4th Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division, during a change of command ceremony on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, July 8, 2025. The ceremony signified the official transfer of command of Headquarters Company, 4th Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division from Capt. Jordan A. Hargrove to Capt. Brian T.
