Ernest Govea, commanding officer, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, pays her respects to a local World War II survivor with the traditional CHamoru custom of nginge’ during the Manenggon memorial ceremony in Yona, July 6. Manenggon was the site of one of the concentration camps where Japanese forces gathered CHamoru residents during World War II.
