To engage directly with personnel involved in maintenance sustainment operations, DARPA program managers visited MSC-K on Jun. 19 during their Program Manager Bootcamp in Korea.
The visit commenced with a strategic overview of MSC-K's Directorate for Maintenance, followed by a tour of the Heavy Equipment Division.
Program managers from areas including tactical technologies, biological technologies, micro technologies, artificial intelligence, mission innovation, and the science office aimed to gain a deeper understanding of current maintenance programs, gather on-the-ground feedback, and explore ways to enhance operational relevance—or even spark ideas for entirely new initiatives.
As leaders in cutting-edge research and development, these program managers are responsible for developing breakthrough technologies that enhance mission effectiveness, increase safety, and shape the future of military operations.
