German 1st. Lt. Jens Praetzas visits Arlington National Cemetery during his first visit to the U.S., on Aug. 14. Praetzas is an active member of Operation AC, which started out as a way to send air conditioners to deployed troops and has evolved into a non-profit charity organization that sends care packages to deployed troops.
