Airman 1st Class Alexis Elliott, a C-17 loadmaster, helps Dr. Talib, a plastic surgery resident, give the preflight safety briefing in Arabic for Iraqi children and parents being helped by Operation Smile. Operation Smile is a nongovernmental organization that treats children for cleft palate and cleft lip, a congenital birth defect.
