Special-needs children in the Nissan district of Baghdad receive supplies, including school and medical aids, delivered by Task Force Baghdad's 2nd Brigade Combat Team and the 448th Civil Affairs Battalion. Some of the children suffer from injuries and others were born with handicaps and other medical conditions. After the supplies were distributed, Capt. Antonio Ortiz, 26th Forward Support Battalion, a medical logistics planner, and former enlisted medic, addressed some of the children's medical issues and parents' concerns. Army photo
