Lisa Dolan said the "healing poles" is further step in the healing process for the 184 families who lost loved ones in the Sept. 11, 2001, attack on the Pentagon. Her late husband, Navy Capt. Robert Dolan, was killed in the attack. Standing behind Dolan is Lt. Gen. Carl A. Strock, commander and chief of the Army Corps of Engineers.
