    This combined health clinic and school in the village of Buear opened Oct. 23 to serve members of Iraq's Jabur tribe west of Mosul. The Commander's Emergency Relief Program of the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) provided $60,000 in coalition funding for the rebuilding project. U.S. Army photo.
