Wilhelmina J. Rolark (from the left), president of the United Black Fund and vice chairman of the United Way campaign, said this year's DoD National Capital Area Combined Federal Campaign would address both the needs of victims and families of the Sept. 11 terror attacks in New York City and the Pentagon and the needs of the attendant communities, "because you know that the communities are really and truly suffering, too."
