Members of the 820th Red Horse Squadron of Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., and the Marines' 8th Engineer Support Battalion of Camp Lejeune, N.C., erect the Mont Tout Community Center on the island of Grenada during a U.S. Southern Command New Horizons 2000 exercise. The project last July was intended to improve the readiness of U.S. engineering, medical and support forces while responding to host-nation civic needs. Red Horse is an Air Force acronym for Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron, Engineer. Photo by Tech. Sgt. Jonathan F. Doti, USAF
