Brad Kussatz of 9th Engineer Support Battalion, Okinawa, Japan, operates a 600-gallon-per-minute Delta pump to transfer fuel from a landing craft to a shore-based storage tank during an Exercise Foal Eagle 2000 drill near Pohang, Korea. The annual exercise demonstrates U.S.-South Korean military cooperation and involved about 25,000 service members from the United States and bases throughout Pacific Command.
