A BDU-clad soldier welcomes Medal of Honor recipients Sammy L. Davis (center) and Al Rascon (right) to Skopje, Macedonia. The two heroes took part in Defense Secretary William S. Cohen's fourth and final holiday USO tour Dec. 16-20 and were warmly greeted by GIs everywhere on the tour.
