Navy Chaplain (Lt.) Dennis Wheeler, from the USS Pearl Harbor, hands Army Sgt. 1st Class Julio Ascencio, a crew chief with 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, a box of humanitarian supplies to load into a UH-60 Black Hawk. The supplies were transported to villages in southern Honduras as part of Project Handclasp, a partnership between the Navy and corporations, public service organizations, non-governmental organizations and individuals throughout the United States.
