    Staff Sgt. Timothy Douglas, active safety officer of 203rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers, 192nd Fighter Wing, an Air Guard unit from Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., sets up a laser level at the site of the Escobal health center. Douglas, from Chesapeake, Va., is the proud father of an Olympic gymnast who recently competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics. The Red Horse Squadron will be constructing an addition to the health center and dormitories for Salvadoran medical personnel as part of U.S. Army South's Beyond the Horizon-Panama exercise.
