Trevor Goff, the incoming sergeant major of 15th MEU, I MEF, during a relief and appointment ceremony at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, July 3, 2025. Both the ceremony and the passing of the sword signifies the transfer of responsibilities and authorities from the outgoing to the incoming sergeant major. Sgt. Maj.
