Navy Adm. Samuel J. Locklear III, commander of U.S. Pacific Command, has lunch with Armed Forces of the Philippines members and U.S. service members assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force- Philippines in Zamboanga City. Locklear visited the Republic of the Philippines to meet with high-level military and government officials to address issues of mutual interest to the U.S. military and the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Bi-lateral exercises, humanitarian assistance, and natural disaster assistance training are many ways the two allies work together throughout the year.
