Water starts hitting U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Jonathan Edwards, 99th Air Refueling Squadron commander, as he steps off the ladder of the KC-135R Stratotanker he just landed at Sumpter Smith Joint National Guard Base, Birmingham, Ala., July 2, 2025.
