Col. Jonathan Lloyd of 256th IBCT assumed command of Kosovo Force Regional Command East during a formal Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The ceremony marked the 35th rotation and continued commitment to peace and stability in Kosovo. Col. Peter Helzer previously led KFOR RC-E as the 34th rotation since October 2024.
