Norfolk Naval Shipyard employees participated in the STEAM Night event at I.C. Norcom High School May 21. At this event, high schoolers put together globe valves, learning about how they work and what purpose they serve on Navy vessels. In addition, students learned about the shipyard and what possible career paths are available.
