CAC Commanding General Lt. Gen. Milford H. Beagle Jr. shakes the hand of Korean War Veteran Tony Martinez at the Korean-Vietnam Conflict Memorial Rededication Ceremony June 28, 2025, at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, Kansas. The memorial was originally dedicated on Nov. 11, 1988, to honor Veterans of Wyandotte County who gave the ultimate sacrifice during the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. Veterans from both conflicts as well as local leaders attended the event to honor not only those that lost their lives, but those that still remain missing in action.
