Representatives with the Marine Corps Association and Marine Corps Systems Command present the Gunnery Sgt. Edwin Wayne Johnson, Jr., Memorial Selected Marine Corps Reserve Ammunition Technician of the Year Award to Staff Sgt. Brittain Abeln alongside industry partners during the Ammo Tech Awards Ceremony at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., June 25, 2025. Abeln was selected due to his professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as training chief, Detachment 1, Supply Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 453, Marine Forces Reserve.
