GALLUP, N.M. (June 24, 2025) – William G. Fitzhugh, Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, tours a modular home in progress at the Southwest Indian Foundation facility alongside Sgt. Maj. Scott Holzerland, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, and Navy Reserve leaders including Capt. Heidi Tyler, Capt. Douglas Wimpy, Cmdr. Donald J. Peterson, Command Master Chief Robert Marshall, and Command Master Chief Scott Johnson. The homes, constructed by service members during IRT missions, are later donated to local families in need.
