YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 25, 2025) — Electrician’s Mate 3rd Class Chengwei Zhang, assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83), right, poses for a photo with Lt. j.g. Navin Raj, assigned to Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC), after receiving a naturalization certificate during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony hosted by RLSO WESTPAC, at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Community Readiness Center. USCIS and RLSO WESTPAC collaborated to conduct the naturalization ceremony at CFAY, allowing Sailors and civilians to become U.S. citizens.
