Legend-class U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752) small boat crew retrieves an Oscar mannequin from the water on a 35-foot Long Range Interceptor II during a trilateral search and rescue exercise with the U.S., Japan and Philippine Coast Guards in Kagoshima, Japan, June 20, 2025.
