U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jose Hernandez, a fuels specialist assigned to the 103rd Airlift Wing, prepares begin refueling an F-15 Eagle flown by the 104th Fighter Wing in Massachusetts during a Distributed Integrated Combat Turn (D-ICT) operation at Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts, June 12, 2025.
