    CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa, Japan (May 22, 2025) — Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 participate in the Marine Corps Corporals Course aboard Camp Foster. Builder 3rd Class Marian Zoe Yvonne Javier, Construction Electrician 3rd Class Jake Dewey, and Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Caleb Oakland sharpened their leadership skills alongside Marines, enhancing their warfighting mindset and joint-service integration. Javier was recognized as the course’s Honor Graduate. NMCB-3 serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations, activities, and investments, and is capable at the unit-of-action level to support major combat operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of operations with efficient airfield, waterfront, and advanced base construction.
