Pensacola, FL - NIOC Pensacola's Warrior of the Week is CWT2 Dozier.
Originally from the state of Washington, Petty Officer Dozier joined the Navy five years ago and has been here at NIOC Pensacola for about 16 months. CWT2 Dozier has been an integral part of his team here in Pensacola; he recently participated in a tech exchange with another team from San Diego and brought back valuable “Lessons Learned” to our Sailors. Based on what he learned, Petty Officer Dozier drafted training materials and held training sessions for his team and even developed and/or revised several Standard Operating Procedures for his own team’s upcoming certification event. Fun Fact: Petty Officer Dozier was once featured in a documentary, he plays over 7 different instruments, and he has visited the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul!
