The U.S. Army Materiel Support Command – Korea hosted U.S. Army cadets participating in the Cadet Troop Leader Training (CTLT) program, providing future Army leaders with a firsthand leadership experience in 2025.
As part of their training, the cadets, along with their sponsors, toured MSC-K’s Heavy Equipment Division (HED), gaining valuable insights into the Directorate for Maintenance’s critical capabilities and resources on Jun. 17.
They viewed key technologies—including Tele-Maintenance, the Maintenance Support Device, and the Theater Sustainment Repair and Return (TSRR) — all essential for sustaining operational readiness.
They also developed a deeper understanding of how the Directorate for Maintenance is modernizing systems, streamlining maintenance operations, and enhancing operational support across both the Korean Peninsula and the Indo-Pacific region.
The CTLT program offers cadets meaningful leadership opportunities and hands-on active-duty experience, placing them in platoon leader or equivalent roles to develop their skills in a practical military environment.
