Maj. Gen. Gregory A. National Guard “Proud Partner Award,” designated as a way to foster key relationships with North Carolina civilian agencies to ensure better collaboration during times of state emergency response. The awards presented at the event showed appreciation for the professional relationship that exists with the Charlotte first responders and the devoted and loyal support they gave to the soldiers and airmen of the North Carolina National Guard during the 2012 Democratic National Convention.
