Work on a project that will prevent public access to the Elk River Dam structure at Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn., is set to begin soon. Security fencing will be installed around the downstream dam training walls. The effort is to ensure property security and safety in the area. The river will still be accessible to recreationalists for fishing and other activities. (U.S. Air Force photo by Keith Thornburgh)
