    Special Operations Command South

    Army Sgt. 1st Class William Baker, a senior parachute rigger assigned to Special Operations Command South, instructs JROTC cadets from South Dade High School how to properly place an aviator's kit bag when wearing a military parachute, April 17, at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla.
