Recently Rock Island District Commander Col. Aaron Williams (right) hosted Illinois Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton (left) and the Rivers of Illinois Coordinating Council (RICC) and Military Economic Development Committee (MEDC) for their quarterly meetings.
Following the meetings, members of both groups took tours around the Rock Island Arsenal with MEDC visiting Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center and RICC visiting Locks and Dam 15 and the historic Rock Island District clock tower!
