The 104th Fighter Fighter Wing promotes Kristin Martin, 104th communications operations superintendent, to Chief Master Sergeant, June 13, 2025, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Mass.
Lt. Col. Daniel St. Clair, 104th Communications squadron commander, presided over the ceremony, and spoke on Martin's accomplishments that led to the promotion of chief.
"This promotion is more than earned, it's a reflection of your dedication, integrity, and trust that this organization places in you, and I congratulate you on joining the top one percent of the enlisted force," said St. Clair.
After promoting to chief, Martin thanked her friends, family, and coworkers for their support, and provided an inspirational message for her fellow Airmen.
"I challenge you to embrace your own leadership potential regardless of rank, and I encourage you to strive for excellence, support each other, and remain committed to the mission," said Martin.
