A U.S. Marine receive his certificate of completion during a Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar graduation ceremony on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, June 6, 2025. The seminar enhances small unit leadership while promoting a better understanding of Marine Corps ethos, leadership fundamentals, and the total Marine concept.
