Marines and sailors with the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group demonstrate the position of attention to children from St. Clement's Primary School during a community relations outreach event in Hong Kong, April 16. The port visit represents an opportunity to promote peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region, demonstrate commitment to regional partners and foster growing relationships. The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit is deployed as part of the Peleliu ARG and is comprised of approximately 2,400 Marines and sailors. Together with Amphibious Squadron Three, they provide a forward-deployed, flexible sea-based Marine Air Ground Task Force capable of conducting a wide variety of operations ranging from humanitarian aid to combat.
