Soldiers assigned to Task Force Danger, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kansas took the opportunity to tour Arlington National Cemetary on June 12. They walked the hallowed grounds and saw the gravesites of the Kennedy Family, MAJ and MOH awardee MAJ Audie Murphy, and GEN Benjamin O. Davis Jr to name a few. The highlight of the tour was seeing The Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and then, an in depth introduction into the life of a Sentinel for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, with the Monument's origin in the early 20th Century, led by Specialist and Sentinel Candidate Bryce N. Russo, Infantrymen, HHC 4TH Battalion, 3RD Infantry Regiment (TOG), Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Arlington, VA. TF Danger is in Washington, D.C. to celebrate the Army's Birthday and participate in the Army Birthday Parade. Photos taken by MAJ Guster Cunningham III, 1st Infantry Division Public Affairs Officer
