A man with an outstanding warrant is arrested, June 9, 2025, by the Port of Virginia Police for failure to appear in court after a random inspection during a multi-agency strike force operation (MASFO) at the Virginia International Gateway in Portsmouth, Virginia, June 9, 2025.
