Cincinnati Bengals rookies enter the En Route Care Training facility, part of the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, June 6, 2025. Nestled within the Air Force Research Laboratory’s 711th Human Performance Wing, the USAFSAM En Route Care Training department trains medical personnel across the Department of Defense to transport and deliver care to warfighters all over the world.
