Product Manager Global Enterprise Modernization Network – OCONUS (PdM GENM-O), its parent organization, Project Manager Integrated Enterprise Network (PM IEN), the 39th Strategic Signal Battalion, and U.S. Army Garrison BENELUX, celebrate the completion of a massive multi-year network modernization project in a ribbon cutting ceremony held at Chièvres Air Base, Belgium, on March 3, 2025.
