Soldiers use the 25 Meter Multipurpose Minute of Angle (MOA) target during the 2025 Combined Best Squad Competition (CBSC) at Fort Knox, Ky., on May 6, 2025. A 25-meter MOA target is a scaled-down marksmanship tool that simulates long-range engagements, typically 300 meters when fired upon 25 meters.
