Personnel from the 104th Fighter Wing hosted five units for the annual Crash Damaged Disabled Aircraft Recovery training at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts, June 8, 2025. CDDAR training plays a critical role in preparing Airmen on how to quickly and safely respond to crash incidents involving various aircrafts. Barnstormers, along with members from Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass.; the 439th Airlift Wing at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Mass.; the 103rd Airlift Wing at Bradley Air National Guard Base, East Granby, Conn.; the 105th Airlift Wing at Newburgh, N.Y.; and the 106th Rescue Wing at Francis S.
