YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 6, 2025) - Seaman John C. Deluna, an undesignated Seaman assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, is selected for the Religious Program Specialist (RP) rating and frocked to Petty Officer 3rd Class during a pinning ceremony at the Benny Deck theatre. Deluna receives his certificate of permanent appointment from the CFAY Command Master Chief Dennis W. Hunt. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
