YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 6, 2025) - Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Seancarlos D. Tamse is frocked to Petty Officer 2nd Class during a ceremony at the Benny Deck theatre. Tamse receives his frocking letter from Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Command Master Chief Dennis W. Hunt. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
