Airmen of the 163d Attack Wing brief employers on the capabilities and mission of the unit during a Boss Lift event, March Air Reserve Base, Calif., June 7, 2024. The Boss Lift program, sponsored by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program, delivers an immersive experience to employers to bridge the gap between the military and private sector to build stronger employer support, relationships and flexibility for National Guard and Reserve members. Fifteen people participated in the event which include a flight with the 336th Aerial Refueling Squadron’s KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft, engaging with the 163d Attack Wing leadership and tours of various facilities and aircraft.
